Last week I was in such a rush (as we all usually are) I did not have time to go to my 20 min gym workout. I was about to get in the shower and remembered I once heard someone saying taking a bath with cold water was a great way to energize your body in the mornings, so I gave it a try.

Surprisingly, it worked! I don't know if I got that amazing "after yoga class" feeling, but I felt really really good!

In minutes I was fully awake, energized and ready to conquer my day :) 

I then read more about the benefits of cold cold water in the human body and found out it is said to be one of the best ways to start the day and keep over all health. Done on a daily basis it has amazing results on our health, as well as our mental and emotional state.
